Recent Notebook
Idea inspired by/stolen from Johnny Murdoc. These are two pages from a story called “Dumpster Letter” which is tentatively part of the book I’m working on.
Can you even read this? Rob Wolfsham says that Johnny writes like a serial killer. I think I write like a teenage girl on Valium.

your handwriting is definately closer to teenage girl on valium than it is to a serial killer. collecting handwriting analysis books is sort of a hobby for some reason.

Thanks, Rob! David, you’ll have to wait for the book. Thanks for backing up my self-analysis, Seth.

At least you have the good sense to use a full-sized notebook. My little pocket one is handy to carry around, but kind of a bitch to write in. It also plays a nasty trick on me, by making me think I’ve written much more. It’s a drastically different thing to say “Wow! I wrote eighteen pages today!” when the pages are the size of your back pocket.
I’m glad you posted this; it’s nice to see a physical artifact from time to time, even if it’s a scan of one.

Ah yes, Johnny, but then you have to decide between regular or the daunting prospect of “college ruled.” One time I bought a college ruled notebook by accident and I seriously thought of returning it because I felt so intimidated by all those closely-spaced lines.
