Jigglypuff(s) is(are) the singer pokemon(s)that sing a lullaby tune and listeners can’t help from falling asleep, something that makes Jigglypuff(s) really angry because they don’t listen to all of their song. As a revenge they take a marker and draw the sleepers’ faces.
In this picture:
1. the guy fell asleep from Jigglypuff’s song and the Jigglypuff plugged him the bottle, but not yet marked his face
2. the guy fell asleep from Jigglypuff’s song but was already drunk and had the bottle plugged in so the Jigglypuff didn’t know how to react,
3. the guy was already asleep because he was drunk before the Jigglypuff’s song start and Jigglypuff didn’t know how to react
4. the guy was asleep because he was drunk, Jigglypuff sang, then saw the guy sleep, tried to take revenge but was shocked of the view of the beerfucked guy.
That means Jigglypuff is definitely gay

I’m ignorant of Pokemon so I had no idea what that was. I’d sort of thought it was an upside down pig mask that the guy had perhaps been wearing, until I looked more closely. It’s worth asking what the fuck is going on in this picture, the expression on our hip friend’s face is so hard to read.
